Thom Boyd

Thom is responsible for WRD’s business development, as well as all sales and marketing. With more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and project management, building relationships and fostering the highest degree of integrity are central to his business approach.

Prior to joining WRD, Thom was a project manager for NVG Residential’s Landmark on the Lake, a 275-unit condo conversion project on Milwaukee’s lakefront – Wisconsin’s largest-ever condo conversion.

His sales experience includes managing a top-grossing northern Indiana territory of Ethicon, a Johnson & Johnson company, and a tenure at Sunrise Medical, Inc., where he earned multiple honors, including Salesman of the Year.

Thom has been director of sales and marketing for Theatre Design Associates and was instrumental in developing and bringing to market Theater in a Box. The turnkey, modular home theater design was awarded Audio Video Interior Magazine’s 2001 Product of the Year.

Thom has a B.S. in economics and business administration from Hillsdale College, Michigan. He holds an Illinois real estate license and is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors.
