Ecological Consulting Firm offers Design and Installation of Sustainable Landscapes

Shelli Bruno

Shelli holds a B.A. in journalism, with emphasis on environmental science and anthropology, from Loyola University Chicago. She works as a consultant to the Chicago Department of Environment, primarily focusing on recycling and climate action communications and outreach.

Shelli’s projects include Blue Cart Recycling, Chicago’s residential recycling program, and work on the Chicago Climate Action Plan website and outreach. Her projects extend through all of Chicago’s neighborhoods, from Austin to Beverly to Wicker Park. Shelli assists with event planning and coordination, including Earth Day, Chicago Green Festival, Lollapalooza and the Green to Blue tree recycling event. She also does design and layout for select Department of Environment projects.

In her spare time, Shelli volunteers for the Garfield Park Conservatory Alliance, helping out in the Children’s Garden.
