Geoff founded WRD in 1997 to create sustainable landscapes and provides the firm’s ongoing vision. Well-versed in sustainable development, he plays a leadership and intermediary role on interdisciplinary design and development teams.
Geoff has nearly 30 years of experience in construction project management, including 10 with Weston Services Inc., a former subsidiary of Weston Solutions Inc. He oversaw a variety of large-scale environmental projects, consistently completing them on time and on budget.
His cost consciousness and understanding of what constitutes feasible design drive WRD’s client services.
Believing that progress toward lasting ecological stewardship begins with children, Geoff has served as President of the Board of Directors of the environmentally-centered Prairie Crossing Charter School, in Grayslake, IL.
